On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms equipped with a double bed. One of them has a balcony and a spacious bathroom with bath and shower. On the ground floor there's a bathroom with shower. There's also a large living room with dining area and Satellite TV. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a large fridge freezer. In front of the living room there is a terrace equipped with garden furniture. In the basement there's a washing machine and an additional shower. There're also 2 bikes ready to use. The house is located 1km from the beach, as well as the center and the shopping area! The property is placed in a quiet and beautiful residential area, not far from the village. Close to the national park "Aiguamolls de l'Empordą", it is an ideal area for running, walking and cycling. It is not allowed to smoke in the house. Small dogs are not a problem!

Touristic rate: 1.00 euros per person + day (max. 7 days, Children from up to 12 free).
Please bring your own towels. Bed sheets can be borrowed for 12,- euros p.p.
